Is it really free?

Yes — the core tools are free forever, with no sign-up. There's an optional Pro plan ($2.99/month or $9 every 6 months) that adds automatic Etsy-fee updates, but you never need it to use SellerLens.

What's the difference between Free and Pro?

Free gives you the full net-margin calculator, quality score, freshness hint and shop snapshot. Pro adds one thing: automatic Etsy-fee updates, so when Etsy changes its fees your margin math stays accurate without you editing anything by hand.

Do I have to pay?

No. The free version is complete on its own. Pro is only worth it if you'd rather not keep the fee table up to date yourself.

Can I cancel Pro anytime?

Yes. Pro is a subscription you can cancel whenever you like — you keep the free version regardless.

How does payment work, and is it secure?

Checkout is handled by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record — the same trusted checkout many software makers use. You can pay by card or PayPal. SellerLens never sees or stores your card details.

Is it safe for my Etsy shop?

Completely. SellerLens is read-only — it only reads the page you're viewing and never clicks, edits, relists, or automates anything, so it can't trigger account issues.

Do you collect my data?

No. There's no account and no tracking, and your shop or browsing data is never collected or sold. The free version runs entirely in your browser. Pro makes just two minimal requests — to download the public Etsy fee table and to check your license — and nothing about what you browse is ever sent.

Which marketplaces are supported?
